Tyler Boyd

Standout running back Tyler Boyd carried 17 times for 121 yards and his 12th post-season touchdown, but he played sparingly in the last half after a hard helmet hit in his back during the second quarter.

Clairton coach Tom Nola told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, "Tyler Boyd is a great player. But we are more than just Tyler Boyd."

Up stepped senior quarterback Armani Ford, who completed 10 of 14 passes for 154 yards and four touchdowns. Two of the scoring strikes were caught by Division I recruits.

Neshannock coach Fred Mozzocio said: "Their speed on defense is just too much to handle. We couldn't do anything with it all night."
