It's district playoff time in Washington. Winners advance toward state. Losers go home.
That was the scenario Tuesday night as Evergreen (Vancouver)
met Greater St. Helens League rival Camas in a loser-out game.
Evergreen trailed by two with seconds left in regulation as the video above begins. The Plainsmen throw the ball nearly the length of the court to Division I recruit Robert Franks Jr.
, who struggles to control it, appears to be fumbling out of bounds and then ... pandemonium ensues following what could be the buzzer beater of the year.
Franks, a 6-foot-7 junior being recruited by the likes of Portland State, finished with 16 points and sparked Evergreen to a 74-68 victory in overtime.
