Connecticut High School Football - Weaver can't get by Windsor

(November 7, 2008: Windsor, CT 06095) Windsor Warriors (Windsor, CT) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team nudge the visiting Weaver Beavers (Hartford, CT), 16-14 in a league test.

With the win, Windsor improves its record to 7-2 on the season. The Warriors host Conard (West Hartford, CT) to confront the Chieftans in a Central Connecticut - West test on Friday, November 14. The Chieftans go into the test with a record of 3-6. Conard won 42-6 in their recent league test against Farmington (Farmington, CT)

With the loss, Weaver moves to 6-3 on the season. The Beavers travel to Hall (West Hartford, CT) to confront the Warriors in a Central Connecticut - West test on Saturday, November 15. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 6-3. Hall won 28-14 in their recent league test against Wethersfield (Wethersfield, CT)
