Texas High School Basketball - Kennedale overwhelms Southwest

(November 26, 2011: Kennedale, TX 76060) Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kennedale Wildcats (Kennedale, TX) and the visiting Southwest Raiders (Fort Worth, TX), saw Kennedale's basketball squad trounce Southwest by a score of 84-40.

With the victory, Kennedale improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 26. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Lakeview Centennial won 39-19 in their recent non-league challenge against North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX)

Next up, the Raiders play the North Side Steers (Fort Worth, TX) in a 4A Region I District 6 challenge, on Tuesday, November 29. Southwest will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record.
