California High School Volleyball - North Hollywood can't hold off Canoga Park

(March 9, 2011: Canoga Park, CA 91303) In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Canoga Park Hunters volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the North Hollywood Huskies.

The Hunters (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA). The Cougars come into the Valley Mission battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Kennedy was edged by Cleveland (Reseda, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Huskies clash with the Sun Valley Wildcats (Sun Valley, CA) in a East Valley battle, on Tuesday, March 22. North Hollywood will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to West Adams Prep (Los Angeles, CA).
