Florida High School Basketball - Brandon ripped by Newsome

(December 14, 2011: Brandon, FL 33510) The Newsome Wolves basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Brandon Eagles to 30 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Wolves now sport a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Wharton for a 8A District 7 bout on Friday, December 16. Newsome will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 54-23 league win over Bloomingdale (Valrico, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-5.
