(January 31, 2012: Sutter Creek, CA 95685) In Tuesday's league outing, the Calaveras Redskins (San Andreas, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Amador Buffaloes (Sutter Creek, CA), by a count of 60-20.

The Redskins (20-2) will now prepare for their outing against Summerville (Tuolumne, CA). The Bears go into the Mother Lode outing with a 5-17 record. In their last outing, Summerville was crushed by Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA), 52-44, in a league outing.

The Buffaloes now hold a 0-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Linden for a Mother Lode game on Thursday, February 2. Amador will face a Lions team coming off a 52-44 league win over Argonaut (Jackson, CA). The Lions record now stands at 14-8.
