(February 3, 2012: Kerrville, TX 78028) In Friday's league outing, the Tivy Antlers (Kerrville, TX) basketball squad edged the visiting Medina Valley Panthers (Castroville, TX), by a count of 58-52.

The Antlers (11-16) will now prepare for their outing against Harlandale (San Antonio, TX). The Indians go into the 4A Region IV District 28 outing with a 19-9 record. In their last outing, Harlandale was tipped by Boerne-Champion (Boerne, TX), 58-44, in a league outing.

The Panthers now hold a 20-13 record. They take the field next when they host Uvalde for a 4A Region IV District 28 outing on Tuesday, February 7. Medina Valley will encounter a Coyotes squad coming off a 72-22 league loss to Brennan (San Antonio, TX). The Coyotes record now stands at 2-26.
