(January 13, 2012: Andover, MA 01810) The Andover Golden Warriors basketball team (Andover, MA), was nudged 50-49 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Lowell Red Raiders (Lowell, MA)
The Red Raiders now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawrence for a Merrimack Valley 1 contest on Friday, January 20. Lowell will confront a Lancers team coming off a 69-67 league loss to Central Catholic (Lawrence, MA). The Lancers record now stands at 7-2.
The Golden Warriors (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 2-5 record.
