(October 14, 2006: Hicksville, NY 11801) The St. Joseph-by-the-Sea Vikings ran past the host Holy Trinity Titans football squad by a final score of 34-6 in Saturday's league outing.

The Vikings now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Holy Cross for a Catholic AAA outing on Saturday, October 21. St. Joseph-by-the-Sea will confront a Knights squad coming off a 28-27 league win over Monsignor Farrell (Staten Island, NY). The Knights record now stands at 2-4.

With the defeat, Holy Trinity moves to 4-2 on the campaign. The Titans host Chaminade (Mineola, NY) to confront the Flyers in a Catholic AAA outing on Saturday, October 21. The Flyers go into the outing with a record of 5-1. Chaminade won 20-17 in their recent league outing against Iona Prep (New Rochelle, NY)
