Florida High School Basketball - Out-of-Door Academy falls to Tampa Prep

(November 29, 2008: Tampa, FL 33606) The Tampa Prep Terrapins basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Out-of-Door Academy Thunder to 36 in the Terrapins non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Terrapins now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Berkeley Prep for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 2. Tampa Prep will meet a Buccaneers team coming off a 47-33 league win over Lennard (Ruskin, FL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-2.

The Thunder (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Cardinal Mooney was defeated by Tampa Catholic (Tampa, FL), 68-51, in a non-league contest.
