Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX) basketball nipped the visiting
Bush Broncos (Richmond, TX),
65-63 in Saturday's league test.
The Knights (18-3) will now prepare for their test against
Dulles (Sugar Land, TX). The Vikings go into the
5A Region III District 23 test with a 21-0 record. In their last test,
Dulles got by
Austin (Sugar Land, TX),
58-47, in a league test.
The Broncos now own a 15-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Willowridge for a
5A Region III District 23 test on Tuesday, January 8.
Bush will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a
44-38 league loss to
Hightower (Sugar Land, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 9-9.
