(December 1, 2011: Cambridge, NE 69022) Cambridge Trojans (Cambridge, NE) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Hitchcock County USD Falcons (Trenton, NE), 70-64 in a league bout.

With the win, Cambridge upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Eustis-Farnam (Eustis, NE) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Falcons play the Hayes Center Cardinals (Hayes Center, NE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Hitchcock County USD will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
