California High School Basketball - Hope Centre ripped by Lutheran

(January 26, 2012: La Verne, CA 91750) The Lutheran Trojans basketball team scored 100 points and held the visiting Hope Centre to 24 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Trojans now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westchester for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 28. Lutheran will confront a Comets team coming off a 81-33 league win over University (Los Angeles, CA). The Comets record now stands at 14-5.

The (2-13) will now prepare for their contest against Lennox Academy (Lennox, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league bout with a 9-5 record. In their last bout, Lennox Academy overwhelmed Wildwood (Los Angeles, CA), 52-50, in a league bout.
