Florida High School Basketball - Land O'Lakes falls to Ridgewood

(January 18, 2008: New Port Richey, FL 34653) The Ridgewood Rams basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Land O'Lakes Gators to 33 in the Rams league triumph on Friday.

The Rams now sport a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wiregrass Ranch for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 23. Ridgewood will face a Bulls team coming off a 51-50 league win over Pasco (Dade City, FL). The Bulls record now stands at 9-13.

With the defeat, Land O'Lakes moves to 21-2 on the year. The Gators host Hernando (Brooksville, FL) to face the Leopards in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 22. The Leopards enter the match with a record of 13-5. Hernando won 58-45 in their recent non-league match against Central (Brooksville, FL)
