(January 10, 2012: Beaverton, OR 97008) The Southridge Skyhawks (Beaverton, OR) basketball prevailed the visiting Lake Oswego Lakers (Lake Oswego, OR), 56-43 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

With the win, Southridge upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Skyhawks travel to Jesuit (Portland, OR) to encounter the Crusaders in a 6A Metro bout on Friday, January 20. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 3-10. Jesuit lost 55-52 in their recent non-league bout against Lincoln (Portland, OR)

Next up, the Lakers encounter the Oregon City Pioneers (Oregon City, OR) in a 6A Three Rivers bout, on Friday, January 13. Lake Oswego will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 11-2 record after their 75-47 non-league win over Lincoln (Portland, OR).
