Texas High School Basketball - Palo Duro falls to Frenship
(January 3, 2012: Wolfforth, TX 79382) The Frenship Tigers basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Palo Duro Dons to 44 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shallowater for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 4. Frenship will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 56-18 non-league win over Lubbock (Lubbock, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-5.
The Dons (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Raiders enter the 4A Region I District 3 contest with a 7-12 record.
