Oklahoma High School Basketball - Jenks holds off Sapulpa

(February 10, 2012: Jenks, OK 74037) Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Jenks Trojans (Jenks, OK) and the visiting Sapulpa Chieftains (Sapulpa, OK), saw Jenks's basketball squad hold off Sapulpa by a count of 39-34.

With the victory, Jenks upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Muskogee (Muskogee, OK) to play the Roughers in a Frontier challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Roughers come into the challenge with a record of 15-6. Muskogee won 73-62 in their recent league challenge against Union (Tulsa, OK)

Next up, the Chieftains play the Owasso Rams (Owasso, OK) in a Frontier challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Sapulpa will attempt to upgrade on its 14-7 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 55-38 non-league win over Page (Sand Springs, OK).
