(April 28, 2011: Arvada, CO 80005) Ralston Valley Mustangs (Arvada, CO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Standley Lake Gators (Westminster, CO), 17-1 in a league test.

With the win, Ralston Valley upgrades its record to 11-4 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Pomona (Arvada, CO) to battle the Panthers in a 5A Jeffco test on Saturday, April 30. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 7-7. Pomona lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Chatfield (Littleton, CO)

With the defeat, Standley Lake falls to 5-10 on the season. The Gators host Arvada West (Arvada, CO) to battle the Wildcats in a 5A Jeffco test on Saturday, April 30. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 8-7. Arvada West won 10-9 in their recent league test against Lakewood (Lakewood, CO)
