Pennsylvania High School Football - Abington knocked off by Pennsbury

(October 24, 2008: Fairless Hills, PA 19030) Pennsbury Falcons (Fairless Hills, PA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Abington Galloping Ghosts (Abington, PA), 24-14 in a league test.

With the triumph, Pennsbury improves its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Neshaminy (Langhorne, PA) to battle the Redskins in a Suburban One - National test on Friday, October 31. The Redskins come into the test with a record of 8-1. Neshaminy won 35-21 in their recent league test against Bensalem (Bensalem, PA)

With the loss, Abington drops to 7-2 on the campaign. The Galloping ghosts host Truman (Levittown, PA) to battle the Tigers in a Suburban One - National test on Friday, October 31. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-8. Truman lost 49-33 in their recent league test against Council Rock North (Newtown, PA)
