With the victory, Hitchcock County USD improves its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Southern Valley (Oxford, NE) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 2. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Southern Valley won 65-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Cozad (Cozad, NE)

Next up, the Warriors battle the Medicine Valley Raiders (Curtis, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 6. Arapahoe will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 59-42 league win over Wallace (Wallace, NE).
