Florida High School Basketball - McArthur ripped by Nova
(January 11, 2012: Hollywood, FL 33024) The Nova Titans basketball team scored 68 points and held the host McArthur Mustangs to 11 in the Titans league triumph on Wednesday.
The Titans now sport a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palm Beach Central for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Nova will face a Broncos team coming off a 54-31 non-league win over Cardinal Newman (West Palm Beach, FL). The Broncos record now stands at 13-2.
With the defeat, McArthur moves to 1-11 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Hollywood Hills (Hollywood, FL) to face the Spartans in a non-league game on Friday, January 13. The Spartans enter the game with a record of 0-13. Hollywood Hills lost 45-5 in their recent league game against Pembroke Pines Charter (Pembroke Pines, FL)
