Texas High School Basketball - Bay City ripped by Angleton

(November 24, 2007: Angleton, TX 77515) The Angleton Wildcats basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Bay City Black Cats to 38 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pearland for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 27. Angleton will meet a Oilers team coming off a 51-32 non-league win over Foster (Richmond, TX). The Oilers record now stands at 3-3.

The Black Cats (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Columbia (West Columbia, TX). The Roughnecks enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Columbia was routed by Brazosport (Freeport, TX), 91-48, in a non-league contest.
