Texas High School Basketball - Manvel falls to King

King Panthers basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting
Manvel Mavericks to 43 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to
La Marque for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 6.
King will meet a Cougars team coming off a
60-57 league loss to
Montgomery (Montgomery, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 6-5.
The Mavericks (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against
Hempstead (Hempstead, TX). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest,
Hempstead was defeated by
Hardin-Jefferson (Sour Lake, TX),
75-25, in a non-league contest.
