Minnesota High School Basketball - Osseo fells Andover

(January 3, 2012: Osseo, MN 55369) Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Osseo Orioles (Osseo, MN) and the visiting Andover Huskies (Andover, MN), saw Osseo's basketball squad overcome Andover by a score of 61-51.

The Orioles now possess a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Park Center for a Northwest Suburban battle on Friday, January 6. Osseo will battle a Pirates team coming off a 79-59 league win over Centennial (Circle Pines, MN). The Pirates record now stands at 9-5.

The Huskies (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Coon Rapids (Coon Rapids, MN). The Cardinals come into the Northwest Suburban battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Coon Rapids was toppled by Blaine (Blaine, MN), 60-59, in a league battle.
