Texas High School Basketball - Georgetown topples Stony Point

(January 6, 2012: Round Rock, TX 78664) In Friday's league outing, the Georgetown Eagles (Georgetown, TX) basketball squad beat the host Stony Point Tigers (Round Rock, TX), by a margin of 45-37.

The Eagles (20-2) will now prepare for their outing against Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX). The Panthers go into the 5A Region II District 16 outing with a 28-0 record. In their last outing, Pflugerville gained a win over McNeil (Austin, TX), 61-25, in a league outing.
