California High School Basketball - St. Paul prevails Notre Dame Academy

(February 4, 2012: Los Angeles, CA 90064) St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Notre Dame Academy Regals (Los Angeles, CA), 44-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Paul upgrades its record to 14-11 on the season. The Swordsmen travel to Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA) to encounter the Knights in a Del Rey bout on Thursday, February 9. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 14-10.

Next up, the Regals encounter the Immaculate Heart Pandas (Los Angeles, CA) in a Sunshine bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Notre Dame Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 14-9 season record. The Pandas go into the bout with a 7-14 record after their 40-32 league loss to Marymount (Los Angeles, CA).
