South Carolina High School Lacrosse - Hammond trounced by Greenville
(March 29, 2011: Greenville, SC 29611) In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Greenville Red Raiders lacrosse team scored a nice 17-3 win over the Hammond Skyhawks.
The Red Raiders now have a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mann for a Upper State - District 1 battle on Wednesday, March 30. Greenville will face a Patriots team coming off a 19-1 league win over Eastside (Taylors, SC). The Patriots record now stands at 8-2.
In their next game, the Skyhawks face the Savannah Bluejackets (Savannah, GA) in a Freelance battle, on Saturday, April 2. Hammond will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Bluejackets come into the battle with a 4-3 record after their 7-5 non-league loss to Bishop England (Charleston, SC).
