Mississippi High School Basketball - Hancock overwhelms Presbyterian Christian

(November 17, 2011: Kiln, MS 39556) Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Hancock Hawks (Kiln, MS) and the visiting Presbyterian Christian Bobcats (Hattiesburg, MS), saw Hancock's basketball squad trounce Presbyterian Christian by a count of 65-42.

With the victory, Hancock upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Hawks host Cottage Hill Christian Academy (Mobile, AL) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Monday, November 21. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Cottage Hill Christian Academy won 53-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Bryant (Irvington, AL)

Next up, the Bobcats play the Columbia Academy Cougars (Columbia, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 19. Presbyterian Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 52-36 non-league win over Lamar Christian (Purvis, MS).
