In their next game, the Rangers confront the Cedar Ridge Raiders (Round Rock, TX) in a 4A Region II District 16 match, on Friday, January 6. Rudder will attempt to move on its 14-2 season record.

With the defeat, Victoria East moves to 23-2 on the year. The Titans travel to Rockwall (Rockwall, TX) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league match on Friday, December 30. The Yellowjackets enter the match with a record of 18-4. Rockwall won 38-32 in their recent non-league match against Seven Lakes (Katy, TX)
