North Carolina High School Basketball - Hickory Ridge edges A.L. Brown

(February 3, 2012: Kannapolis, NC 28083) The Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) basketball nipped the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), 47-45 in Friday's league test.

The Ragin' Bulls (14-8) will now prepare for their test against Concord (Concord, NC). The Spiders go into the 3A South Piedmont test with a 10-9 record. In their last test, Concord got by Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC), 49-41, in a league test.

The Wonders now own a 12-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwest Cabarrus for a 3A South Piedmont test on Tuesday, February 7. A.L. Brown will confront a Trojans team coming off a 52-38 league win over Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 11-9.
