Florida High School Basketball - DeSoto County thwarts Braden River

DeSoto County Bulldogs (Arcadia, FL) basketball felled the visiting
Braden River Pirates (Bradenton, FL),
59-50 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (8-0) will now prepare for their test against
Avon Park (Avon Park, FL). The Red Devils go into the
4A District 10 test with a 5-3 record. In their last test,
Avon Park defeated
Booker (Sarasota, FL),
57-56, in a league test.
The Pirates now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Out-of-Door Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, December 11.
Braden River will clash with a Thunder squad coming off a
59-40 league loss to
Bradenton Christian (Bradenton, FL). The Thunder record now stands at 3-6.
