Florida High School Basketball - Lemon Bay can't hold off Nature Coast Tech

(November 28, 2008: Brooksville, FL 34604) The Nature Coast Tech Sharks basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Lemon Bay Manta Rays to 48 in the Sharks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Sharks now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jefferson for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 29. Nature Coast Tech will meet a Dragons team coming off a 52-37 non-league win over Port Charlotte (Port Charlotte, FL). The Dragons record now stands at 4-0.

The Manta Rays (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Charlotte (Punta Gorda, FL). The Fightin' Tarpons enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Charlotte was nudged by Venice (Venice, FL), 56-35, in a league contest.
