(December 2, 2011: Euless, TX 76039) The Trinity Trojans basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Birdville Hawks to 41 in the Trojans non-league victory on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Richland for a 5A Region I District 6 contest on Tuesday, December 6. Trinity will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 35-32 non-league loss to Saginaw (Saginaw, TX). The Rebels record now stands at 7-5.

Next up, the Hawks encounter the Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Birdville will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 35-32 non-league win over Richland (North Richland Hills, TX).
