(February 11, 2012: Branford, CT 06405) The Glastonbury Tomahawks ice hockey squad scored 7 points and restricted the host Branford Hornets to 2 in the Tomahawks non-league victory on Saturday.

With the victory, Glastonbury moves its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Tomahawks host Fermi/Enfield (Enfield, CT) to face the Falcons in a Central Connecticut - North contest on Wednesday, February 15. The Falcons go into the contest with a record of 7-8. Fermi/Enfield lost 4-2 in their recent league contest against Simsbury (Simsbury, CT)

The Hornets now sport a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they host St. Bernard/Bacon Academy/Norwich Free Academy for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 15. Branford will face a Saints squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Fitch/East Lyme/Ledyard (Groton, CT). The Saints record now stands at 9-5.
