Oregon High School Basketball - Dayton winner over Western Mennonite
(February 8, 2012: Dayton, OR 97114) In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Dayton Pirates (Dayton, OR) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Western Mennonite Pioneers (Salem, OR), by a margin of 54-35.
The Pirates (21-3) will now prepare for their outing against Sheridan (Sheridan, OR). The Spartans go into the 3A West Valley outing with a 3-20 record. In their last outing, Sheridan was beaten by Westside Christian (Lake Oswego, OR), 74-45, in a league outing.
The Pioneers now own a 20-4 record.
