Texas High School Basketball - DeSoto overwhelms Sachse

(December 2, 2011: Sachse, TX 75048) Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the DeSoto Eagles (De Soto, TX) and the host Sachse Mustangs (Sachse, TX), saw DeSoto's basketball squad trounce Sachse by a score of 58-35.

With the victory, DeSoto improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX) to battle the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 0-7. Fossil Ridge lost 52-24 in their recent non-league challenge against Lamar (Arlington, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Plano Wildcats (Plano, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Sachse will attempt to improve on its 11-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 12-1 record after their 75-53 non-league win over McKinney (McKinney, TX).
