(January 3, 2012: Kennedale, TX 76060) The Kennedale Wildcats (Kennedale, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Crandall Pirates (Crandall, TX), 84-61 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (16-6) will now prepare for their test against Venus (Venus, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region I District 8 test with a 8-9 record.

The Pirates now own a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Forney for a 3A Region II District 13 test on Friday, January 6. Crandall will clash with a squad coming off a 52-45 non-league win over Kimball (Dallas, TX). The record now stands at 11-4.
