(January 25, 2012: Pasadena, CA 91107) The La Salle Lancers tipped the visiting Cathedral Phantoms basketball team by a final score of 64-57 in Wednesday's league game.

In their next game, the Lancers face the Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) in a Del Rey game, on Friday, January 27. La Salle will attempt to move on its 13-9 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 17-3 record after their 69-34 league win over Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA).

The Phantoms now own a 5-15 record. They take the field next when they host Serra for a Del Rey test on Friday, January 27. Cathedral will clash with a Cavaliers squad coming off a 81-59 non-league win over Hoover (San Diego, CA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 19-2.
