Ridge Red Devils (Basking Ridge, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting
Montgomery Cougars (Skillman, NJ),
59-56 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Red Devils (7-3) will now prepare for their test against
Somerville (Somerville, NJ). The Pioneers go into the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test,
Somerville was tipped by
Delaware Valley (Frenchtown, NJ),
45-44, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host
North Plainfield for a non-league test on Saturday, January 12.
Montgomery will clash with a Canucks squad coming off a
76-66 non-league loss to
North Warren Regional (Blairstown, NJ). The Canucks record now stands at 3-5.
