(February 8, 2012: Fairfield, CT 06824) Fairfield Prep Jesuits (Fairfield, CT) fans left the game thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their ice hockey team hold off the visiting North Haven Indians (North Haven, CT), 2-1 in a league match.
The Jesuits (13-2) will now prepare for their match against Notre Dame Catholic (Fairfield, CT). The Lancers enter the non-league match with a 7-8 record. In their last match, Notre Dame Catholic held off Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT), 3-0, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Indians encounter the Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - DI match, on Wednesday, February 15. North Haven will attempt to advance on its 7-8 season record.
