Washington High School Football - Issaquah can't hold off Mount Si
(September 29, 2006: Snoqualmie, WA 98065) Mount Si Wildcats (Snoqualmie, WA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they observed their football squad get by the visiting Issaquah Eagles (Issaquah, WA), 19-13 in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Garfield for a non-league contest on Friday, October 6. Mount Si will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-0 league loss to Eastlake (Sammamish, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-5.
The Eagles now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Liberty for a 3A KingCo contest on Friday, October 6. Issaquah will face a Patriots team coming off a 42-28 league loss to Skyline (Sammamish, WA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-3.
