With the victory, Thorndale improves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Lexington (Lexington, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 2A Region IV District 27 challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Lexington won 35-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Flatonia (Flatonia, TX)

Next up, the Tigers battle the Little River Academy Bumblebees (Little River Academy, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Rockdale will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Bumblebees come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 36-12 non-league win over Trinity (Trinity, TX).
