(September 17, 2011: Harrisburg, PA 17103) The Cumberland Valley Eagles (Mechanicsburg, PA) football edged the host Bishop McDevitt Crusaders (Harrisburg, PA), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles face the State College Little Lions (State College, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth bout, on Friday, September 23. Cumberland Valley will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Little Lions enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 34-24 non-league loss to Father Judge (Philadelphia, PA).
