California High School Basketball - Acaciawood falls to Pacific Lutheran

(December 9, 2011: Anaheim, CA 92801) The Pacific Lutheran Stingrays basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Acaciawood Golden Eagles to 38 in the Stingrays non-league triumph on Friday.

The Stingrays now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastside Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Pacific Lutheran will meet a Eagles team coming off a 71-38 non-league loss to Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.

The Golden Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Capistrano Valley Christian (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Capistrano Valley Christian ran past Acaciawood (Anaheim, CA), 76-36, in a non-league contest.
