St. Petersburg Green Devils routed the host
Hollins Rebels basketball team by a final score of
58-21 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Green Devils face the
Gaither Cowboys (Tampa, FL) in a
6A District 7 game, on Tuesday, January 20.
St. Petersburg will attempt to move on its 13-6 season record. The Cowboys enter the battle with a 9-8 record after their
58-36 non-league win over
Leto (Tampa, FL).
The Rebels (1-14) will now prepare for their battle against
Lakewood (St. Petersburg, FL). The Spartans come into the
5A District 11 battle with a 11-7 record. In their last battle,
Lakewood was overwhelmed by
Boca Ciega (Gulfport, FL),
66-63, in a league battle.
