(January 16, 2012: San Jose, CA 95129) In Monday's non-league match, the visiting De La Salle Spartans basketball team scored a tight 69-62 triumph over the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs.
In their next game, the Spartans confront the Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA) in a East Bay match, on Tuesday, January 17. De La Salle will attempt to move on its 13-2 season record. The Matadors enter the match with a 10-5 record after their 69-51 league loss to Monte Vista (Danville, CA).
