California High School Basketball - Scripps Ranch fells La Jolla
(February 10, 2012: San Diego, CA 92131) Scripps Ranch Falcons (San Diego, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting La Jolla Vikings (La Jolla, CA), 53-36 in a league bout.
With the victory, Scripps Ranch upgrades its record to 12-12 on the campaign. The Falcons host Mission Bay (San Diego, CA) to play the Buccaneers in a Western bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a record of 14-6. Mission Bay won 63-58 in their recent league bout against Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA)
Next up, the Vikings play the La Costa Canyon Mavericks (Carlsbad, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. La Jolla will attempt to upgrade on its 3-20 season record. The Mavericks come into the bout with a 24-2 record after their 65-62 league win over El Camino (Oceanside, CA).
