California High School Basketball - Christian topples Foothills Christian

(February 11, 2012: El Cajon, CA 92019) In Saturday's non-league outing, the Christian Patriots (El Cajon, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Foothills Christian Knights (El Cajon, CA), by a count of 58-49.

The Patriots (15-6) will now prepare for their outing against Crawford (San Diego, CA). The Colts go into the Central outing with a 8-16 record. In their last outing, Crawford was topped by Coronado (Coronado, CA), 68-61, in a league outing.

The Knights now hold a 15-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calvary Christian Academy for a Sunset match on Tuesday, February 14. Foothills Christian will face a Royal Knights team coming off a 54-50 non-league win over High Tech (Chula Vista, CA). The Royal Knights record now stands at 17-5.
