(January 7, 2012: Palo Alto, CA 94301) Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) and the visiting Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA), saw Palo Alto's basketball squad trounce Menlo-Atherton by a score of 61-37.

With the victory, Palo Alto improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Vikings host Gunn (Palo Alto, CA) to play the Titans in a De Anza challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Gunn lost 45-28 in their recent league challenge against Cupertino (Cupertino, CA)
